A good ID really makes a world of difference. We were disappointed with our previous experience with another company doing our first BTO flat, and so were determined to shortlist and choose an ID that we felt most comfortable working with for our resale flat. We decided to go with Allen after much deliberation and we were happy that we made this decision. Allen was very responsive (a trait that i personally appreciate alot), was able to give practical advice and forsee certain situations due to his vast experience and patient too in handling our queries (no matter how big or small, or how many times we ask).
There were inevitable minor hiccups along the way but Allen was quick in resolving them and did not once try to push/deflect the blame. Hence we were able to put our trust in him that he would do the right things.
Really enjoyed working with him through this long reno journey to make this resale flat our own 🙂

Thomas was the 5th or 6th ID firms we spoken to, but the one and only one that convinced us that he is the perfect designer for us in the context of design, creative and reliability. We had a tight timeline and Thomas took the effort to complete in advance of schedule and constantly updated us of every progress without us checking in.
Even after renovation, Thomas is very prompt in post-renovation question and support which gave us an extremely pleasant experience. We had a special request to convert service yard to helper room and Thom is the only one that took the dedication to listen to our request and made it to perfection. Before embarking on this renovation journey, we have been to many reno fair, ID companies, talks, online research, etc to gather tips, ideas and things to take note.. so we are definitely not an easy-going couple.. we look into very small details and are very particular about the workmanship. During the renovation, Allen was very patient and straightforward, no hidden meanings and conditions, he will give his honest feedbacks and recommendation for every decision we make for the reno. I really appreciate that as compared to other ID which will either force their idea on you or just say yes to every thing you say. With his many years of experience, he was able to handle any hiccups quickly and rectify the issue. He will always keep us in the loop of the progress by sending us photos of the site. Allen also accompany us to choose for suitable lightings, kitchen and toilet accessories. Although the handover was slightly delay, but the carpentry workmanship was excellent.. not 100% perfect but way above average @ 95%.. 😊👍

After meeting up with a few IDs, he’s the one guy that I can truly call him a professional ID as the ideas he provides are very creative and sound. He’s able to listen to our needs and address them professionally. He has proper work procedures to carry out the renovation works seamlessly and true to that, our renovation were completed in time. He also helps us to maximize storage space which is something my family needs! He also provide realistic drawings for us to picture the final outcome even before the 3D designs are out.
